AVAILABLE FOR  IN-HOME TRAINING IN NEW YORK (MANHATTAN ONLY)  & JERSEY CITY. YOU MUST HAVE A GYM AND/OR GYM EQUIPMENT IN YOUR HOME OR APARTMENT BUILDING OR WE USE THE GYM IN MY BUILDING IN LOWER NYC NEAR THE WTC/FINANCIAL CENTER.
WHAT YOU'LL GET FROM MY SESSIONS:
EACH SESSION IS 60 TO 75 MINUTES (FIRST SESSION IS  ABOUT 90 MINUTES -
-A FULL BODY EVALUATION! (FIRST SESSION AND EVERY 3 TO 4 WEEKS AFTER)
-A FULL BODY WEIGHT TRAINING WORKOUT!
-A CARDIOVASCULAR WORKOUT. (YOU SHOULD DO 20-30 MINUTES BEFORE OR AFTER OUR SESSION. I'LL HAVE YOU DO ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO GET YOU WARMED UP, AND YOUR HEART RATE UP)
-STRETCHING! (I'LL SHOW YOU HOW TO STRETCH ON YOUR OWN)
-ABDOMINAL WORKOUT (FOR BEST RESULTS YOU SHOULD DO ABS DAILY)
-WE GO OVER ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
*NUTRITION!
*SUPPLEMENTS!
*VITAMINS!
*ANY FITNESS OR HEALTH QUESTIONS YOU MANY HAVE!
